1. How does your services differ from the services a realtor offers?
In talking to executives who have experienced a corporate relocation, they often say that the real estate agent was more focused on finding a house to purchase than spending any significant time helping them familiarize themselves with the area. Since the agent gets paid by selling the house, that is their focus. Executives appreciate the opportunity to become more acclimated to the area with the ability to get a better idea of where they would want to live before having to focus in on looking for a home.
2. Do you offer services outside of center city Philadelphia?
Yes. We also cover the vast Philadelphia suburbs and the nearby New Jersey suburbs.
3. Can you help with company group moves?
Yes. We can help your employees get more comfortable at relocating.
4. How are your services priced ?
There are flat rates for our full day and half day tours. The flat rate includes up to three people at a time. Additional fees apply for parties of four or more.
5. What services can you provide for out of town guest including company meetings?
All of the services are available to out of town guests. We can customize our services to meet your needs.
